What do you want to accomplish in hiring this person?

Do you respect this person and what she as ccompished with her own life?
What are her areas of expertise?

Is dealing with this Coach something you are going to look forward to or is it
going to become another chore?

Does this Coach talk in generic general futuristic big picture goal terms that are
applicable to anyone or does she have a specific implementable strategy for
setting and accomplishing goals that are relevant to your life?

There is big difference between knowing what you want and actually getting
there....What is this Coach actually prepared and qualified to do to help you
achieve your goals?

Is there an actual Motivational Program beyond just some positive "you can do
it you are stong brave and great....believe in yourself and the power of positive
thinking" feedback?

MANAGING THE COACH - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The above questions you stated out with are good to keep in mind throughout
the Coaching Relationship.

Remember you are the client and you have now hired this person and taken on
the job therefore to manage that relationship. It is up to you to maintain
control and make sure that you are getting what you want.
