Once you have registered, we will confirm the date, exact location and availability, two days before each
event with you, via e-mail, as we complete your registration.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you registered, please notify us as far in advance as possible.
We require at least TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS cancellation notice from you in order to refund your payment or apply it to another event. (That means that if you are registered for a Sunday Event you must cancell by 5pm on Thursday, for a Tuesday Event, you must cancell by 5pm on Saturday.)
Similarly, if an event is cancelled, we will refund your payment or apply it to another event.
